For this brief, to create 8 pages of text using the first page of a novel as inspiration, I looked at the opening lines
of David Mitchell’s Cloud Atlas. By removing different categories of letters or words from the type, unexpected patterns
of characters and spaces were created. I printed the pages on layout paperto emphasise the connection of each page with the next, as Mitchell emphasises the connection everyone’s lives have with each other.
